Currently an MBA candidate at London Business School, Wanlin holds a Master’s in Biotechnology from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s in Biochemistry from National Taiwan University. With a background in early-stage investment in healthtech and techbio, biopharma commercial strategy and operations, and life sciences consulting at organizations like Panacea Ventures, IQVIA, and Regeneron, Wanlin is passionate about driving innovations that promote health equity. She is motivated by a vision to harness emerging technologies to improve health and wellness and is excited to create an ecosystem where startups, investors, and thought leaders converge at the 2025 HealthTech Challenge and beyond.
Eden Williams

Eden is a London Business School MBA'26 candidate and former BCG consultant from Houston, Texas. At BCG, she specialized in functional topic areas such as digital transformation, manufacturing ops, and strategy for national and global clients in the Biopharma and Healthcare Payer/Provider industries. Prior to BCG, she earned a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and conducted research on the novel bioproduction of pharmaceutical molecules. She is passionate about the complex, cross-functional healthcare ecosystem and its impact on human lives, spanning across science and technology, public policy, finance, entrepreneurialism, social impact, and more.
Florence Thatcher

Florence earned a Master’s in Biotechnology from the University of Utah and a Master’s in System Design and Management from MIT. As a systems engineer and project lead at BioMérieux, Florence has focused on the development of innovative point-of-care medical diagnostic technologies to improve patient outcomes. She currently is working as a product development intern at a startup in the Netherlands, further broadening her expertise in healthcare systems innovation. Florence is now looking to further her career in healthcare by bringing her expertise in diagnostics and passion for women’s health to opportunities focused on transformative healthcare solutions.
Krithika Kumararajan

Krithika holds a biochemistry undergraduate degree and is currently an MBA candidate at London Business School. With a background in life sciences strategy consulting at L.E.K., she led strategy and due diligence projects for clients in healthcare and life sciences. She is passionate about entrepreneurship and post-MBA, she aims to work at the intersection of entrepreneurship and healthcare, driven by a commitment to making an impact on health equity.
Aiswarya Kishor
Senior Advisor
Aiswarya is a second-year MBA student at LBS, where she combines her background as a bioengineer with a strong interest in the business of healthcare. Prior to the MBA, Aiswarya worked as a life sciences strategy consultant at L.E.K. London, where she advised biotechs, pharmaceutical companies, and private equity firms investing in healthcare.
Aiswarya has broadened her healthcare expertise during the MBA by interning at Apollo Therapeutics, where she reported to the CFO. Currently, she is an investor at RYSE, a London-based venture capital firm backing early-stage HealthTech startups. Aiswarya is especially passionate about companies reimagining reproductive health, tackling neurodegenerative diseases, and exploring the frontier between AI and healthcare.
Throughout her MBA, Aiswarya has remained actively involved with the LBS Healthcare Club. Last year, she launched the club's Spotlight Series and organised the club’s inaugural student-alumni speed networking event. As Co-President this year, she is excited to lead the club to new heights and continue fostering connections within the London healthcare ecosystem.
Odysseas Drosos
Senior Advisor
A second year MBA student, Odysseas is a biomolecular engineer and a medical doctor with experience in the healthcare and the tech sector in both the UK and the USA. He studied chemical and biomolecular engineering at Johns Hopkins University and holds a degree in clinical medicine from Cambridge University. Before LBS, he was a doctor for the NHS and was at the frontline of the COVID pandemic response in the UK.
Passionate about the management and innovation side of healthcare, he also he worked at McKinsey as a management consultant during the MBA.
Last year he led the Healthcare Club's nascent Careers Vertical and is currently the Co-President of the club. He is passionate about healthcare innovation that expands care provision and creates an environment of sustainable and empathetic practice.
