Chairman & MD of Good Relations India, an award-winning Indo-British Market Entry & Positioning consultancy with pan-India offices. Iris has been involved in entrepreneurship, technology innovation and commercialization for over 25 years and in market entry to India for two decades. Her company has handled clients like Apple, Bloomberg, Cartier, CNBC, Marks & Spencer and the UN. Iris has a PhD in Biochemistry from the Weizmann Institute of Science and two post docs in molecular biology and brain research. She is an experienced NED, a mentor at London Business School and member of Investment Committee at Cambridge Enterprise Seed Fund. 

Jeff Skinner is Executive Director of the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Private Capital at LBS. He teaches on several entrepreneurship courses at the School and leads many co-curricular activities supported by IEPC, including all competitions, the London Entrepreneurship Review and the TELL Series.
Prior to joining LBS, Jeff was commercial director at University College London (UCL), where he built its Technology Transfer division – including the creation of two seed-funds and new units for consultancy, industry engagement and spin-out creation. He co-founded more than 30 technology-based spin outs that collectively raised more than £30 million in first round capital.
Jeff chairs the Review Committee of the Alliance of Technology Transfer Professionals and is past president of the leading UK and European Technology Transfer Associations. He is author of the Leadership Foundation’s publication Commercialisation Skills for Academics and Researchers and has written more than 20 teaching case studies. Jeff has also spoken at TEDx.
He holds a PhD in thin film photonics from UCL and a MBA from LBS.

Barbara has worked on the commercial side of life sciences for thirty years, first in a large organisation (ICI/Zeneca/AstraZeneca), before transitioning to the entrepreneurial world of biotech. She has been Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the Francis Crick Institute since 2018, where she leads an accelerator called KQ Labs. Barbara has BA and DPhil in Chemistry from the University of Oxford.

Rory is an Senior Engagement Manager at Strategy& (formerly Booz & Co.) and specialises in Commercial Strategy in Pharma and Life Sciences. He holds a Visiting Professor position at ESCP Europe Business School, where he teaches two courses, Commercial Strategy and Entrepreneurship to post-graduate students. Rory mentors Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence technology start-ups for the ImagineIf (Cambridge University) and P4 Precision Medicine (UCL, Barclays Eagle Labs) Accelerators, including a remote monitoring device and algorithm used to predict acute respiratory events in COVID-19 patients. Rory co-founded the London Health Tech Challenge in 2015 during his MBA at London Business School.

James is the founder of somX: the healthtech agency and supports the best healthtech companies in the world. He covers healthtech for Forbes as a contributor and also hosts The Health-Tech Podcast, which has listeners in >100 countries. He is an anaesthetics and ICU doctor by training, has held roles in leadership, management and innovation at NHS England, Health Education England and the British Medical Journal and previously directed two healthtech accelerators; DigitalHealth.London, which provided startups with market access to the NHS, saving £48M for the UK health service and HS., which built, scaled and invested in deep technology companies. He has degrees in medicine, biomedical sciences and education and is a guest lecturer on healthtech innovation and entrepreneurship at academic institutions around the world.

Sam left clinical training after FY2 to build several healthcare startups, one of which raised $6 million. He is now the Emerging Technology Lead at the Department of Health and Social Care, reporting directly to England’s CSO.​

Shoshana has had a 20-year career in healthcare, spent largely in management and commercial roles, leading technology programmes and service transformation. Her experience spans bthe breadth of the NHS and commercial healthcare sectors;  having worked for the Department of Health, NHS providers and commissioners as well as for companies such as Walgreens Boots Alliance, Healthcare at Home, Lloyds Pharmacy and Superdrug. Shoshana is a co-founder of Lumality, a health tech company, which is developing a platform to deliver better and safer care to cancer patients. Currently studying for a second MSc in Global Public Health at Queen Mary University London, Shoshana also has a MSc in Healthcare Management and a BSc in Human Science. 

An experienced digital healthcare product leader. Farid started his career as a pharmacist, but always believed that the way to have the biggest impact on improving lives is through digital transformation, whether that be through tools for clinicians or through consumer facing solutions.

Over his career, Farid has helped deliver large scale digital healthcare transformation projects and platforms in the UK, Europe and USA. Projects include, advising on the design and rollout of the Electronic Prescription Service for England and Scotland; delivering digital tools to support independent pharmacies communicate closer with their customers; helping to automate operational processes to allow pharmacists to spend more time delivering front line clinical care and most recently helping consumers access quality, cost effective healthcare solutions and services, through the the award winning Walgreens Find Care and Boots Health Hub platforms.

Farid is a key advocator for delivering healthcare innovation through evolutionary change.

A medical doctor from London, Jordan has 8 years’ experience of founding and managing private businesses in the education and healthcare sectors.​ He has worked within digital health ecosystems across UK and China and has build strong networks among key stakeholders and investors in both.

His varied experiences from founding award-winning companies such as pocketNurse which aimed to improve the inherent flaws in the current clinical education system to the London Forum of Science Policy, a think tank bridging the gap between academia and policy to joining the British delegation to the G20 Summit in Hangzhou see Jordan use his problem-solving abilities and passion to change the world around him.​

His current role as Strategy and Business Development Lead at Holmusk, a data science and digital therapeutics company and Schwarzman Scholar allow him to have an active role in developing technology to prevent, manage and reverse treatable diseases.​

Before getting into the MedTech world, Kateryna started a few and sold one successful company in EdTech. At the beginning of 2015 she invested in HealthyLovedOnes, AgeTech startups in Hong Kong and founded HealthTech Network. With more than 12 years of solid experience, today she is Global Strategy Lead Connected Care and Data at Hocoma AG in Zurich.​

Anil is the Founder and Chief Executive of Regent’s Park Healthcare (RPH) – a company he founded 20 years ago at the London Business School whilst reading his MBA. He has 30 years of healthcare and business management experience spanning a career as a medical officer and surgeon in the British Army and NHS. 

Fiona is a biotechnology entrepreneur who has founded and developed biotech businesses notably in field of anti-infectives (Novacta Biosystems and Absynth Biologics). Currently she is a Royal Society Entrepreneur in Residence at Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine (LSTM), one of sixteen entrepreneurs, scientists and business leaders appointed by The Royal Society in 2021. She works with LSTM to support training in commercial translation of innovative research, developing projects that build the entrepreneurial skills and knowledge of staff and students.  Fiona also is a business consultant to the Dept. of Clinical Sciences, LSTM, an adviser to the seed fund UKI2S and Non-Executive Director for OBN and for Alder Hey NHS Foundation Trust. Until late 2020 Fiona was Director of the Centre of Excellence in Infectious Diseases Research focused on commercial translation for the University of Liverpool, LSTM and associated NHS Trusts. Early in her career Fiona founded the investment incubator Healthcare Ventures, for the Rothschild Bioscience Unit and J&J Development Corporation investing in European entrepreneurs. She has a BSc Hons (Biological Sciences; UEA), PhD (Biochemistry; UKC) and MBA (LBS).
